 + 0 moreI contracted with Management Specialties Inc (MSI) to do the buildout of my small business, in March 2019. The buildout was completed in September 2019. I fulfilled my part of the contract and paid MSI in full. However, MSI failed to pay three of their sub-contractors in direct violation of the contract. As a result, I'm unable to get lien waivers from these subcontractors and from MSI. My landlord requires these lien waivers before they can give me any tenant allowance which my business desperately needs at the moment. The sub-contractors have already threatened to put a lien on my business. MSI's deceitful and dishonest actions have caused my business extreme hardship. I absolutely regret ever doing business with them. Please stay away from these crooks.
