The guy that owns the place is wonderful, responsive, and helpful. He is A+ all the way. His prices are very competitive, even lower than others. He was the best dealer, and he did the best work. He is very honest, personable, and just a really good person.

We have used Infinite Mechanical on several occasions in the past, therefore it seems reasonable to have them put in a estimate to replace both units. We have both a gas heater and electric air conditioner. Our home is old built in . 1922 with central heat and air an after thought originally done in 1995. By now it was in need of an upgrade. The units are in the attic off one of the bedrooms. Not an easy access location.Cody was here on time and we suggested the new air return and new vents. Cody agreed, and added the new duct work, at no charge to us. Cody had done repair work for us for several years. Once years ago he showed up here on a Sunday afternoon saying he was here to fix the a/c, My husband assured him we had not called liked with a problem, Cody insisted he look to make sure there was no a problem. He replaced the bad part and told my husband the was not a charge either for the part or the labor. We hadn't called so there was no charge. I have recommended him several times and will continue to do so . If you don't like and quot;old fashioned service with a smile, then don't call Cody. If that's the kind of service you want, Then by all means call Cody

I can understand a company not beinig able to service every piece of equipment out there but I did expect that he would have notified me as soon as he knew this and not have waited a week until I contacted him. And not only do I still need to find someone who can clean the coils but the solvent he used when he tried to clean without removing it clogged the coil drain and now I have a bucket underneth to cath the condensation. I will not be contacting this company again.

"This was a home warranty call. The claim was denied by the home warranty company due to lack of maintenance on the home owners part. The coil was filthy and looked like it had not had a filter in it for some time. Infinity Mechanical does not determine coverage of the home warranty companies. We perform services that are authorized by the warranty company. Equipment that is over 25 years old, poorly maintained and in extremely poor condition cannot always be repaired and needs to be replaced. We respond in a timely manner to all communications, we cannot be held responsible when people do not return voicemails."
