Please do not trust this company. they do not stand by their word. We called and set an appointment to find a leak, we gave the information. They went in and did all kind of thing that was not ordered or explained or discuss with the client. We had to continue to call before we got a huge bill and then we call four days later and were told the problem still existed and they would not come out and check or repair their work. WATCH YOUR MONEY AS WELL AS well as their worker. I am sure others have experienced this problem.

Reasonably priced excellent work well done

Finn-tastic contacted me right away and was on site soon after to clear the drain problem. Next day sent crew to dig and repair pipes. Everybody was very courteous and explained every step of the process. I will recommend their services for any plumbing problems.

He showed up on time and he did a great job. He fixed my issue and educated me on the process.

Contacted DJ around 7:30pm on a Wednesday night for emergency sewer issue, West came out the next day on the service call in morning and problem fixed same day, awesome service. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES.

Expand everything as they were doing

Unfortunately I had to call them three times in a month (not due to anything done by them) but I would call them again in a heartbeat. I appreciate that the same gentleman was sent each time. He was efficient and wasted no time in completing the job. All three times he didnâ t leave anything behind or undone and always let me know exactly what he did. I really really hope I donâ t have to call them again any time soon, but if I have another plumbing issue, I know who Iâ m calling.

Highly, highly, highly recommend this company! I had received an e-mail alert that I had a water leak and was losing 16 gallons an hour. I got recommendations from Home Advisor for local plumbers and Finntastic Plumbers called me twice and texted me within 5 minutes of the submission. They made an appointment to come out at 2 pm that same day. They were actually early, diagnosed the problem, submitted a fair price to fix it and came out this morning (once again early), fixed the problem and no more leak. Every person I dealt with - DJ, Brynner, Mark - were all super professional, hard working, honest and pleasant. They treated my landscape, where the problem was, like it was their own house. When they were done, you could hardly tell they had been there. I will definitely use them again and will them to all my friends and family. GREAT family owned company!!!!

They did a fantastic job. Very professional, hardworking and I would definately use them and would refer them to family and friends. I'm so happy that they didn't have to drill through the walkway leading to the house to get to the problem with the main water line problem. Stress gone!

Fast response to repair our water heater when it burst. Completes the replacement right away, Fair price and quality work.

I was charged to confirm that there was an outside block in the sewer line. He used a camera to locate the blockage. He said that the line was cracked and tried to show me with the camera and said that a Rooter service would further damage the pipe. I later found out that the root cause was a tree root and that a rooter would have been sufficient (much lower cost). He never marked the area (which is a normal part of what you pay for). He then quoted a very large amount to make the repair and said the amount paid for the initial visit would be applied. He was a nice guy, but the quote for hand digging and replacing schedule 40 pipe (about $30 for materials) took the company I did hire less than 3 hours and was about half of what they quoted.

They were quick to respond, explained everything and were very professional.

Tell was early and fixed our issue quickly.Very pleasant young man will use them again.
