Mark was the installer as well as the sales person that I interacted with. He was true to his word and professional. His quote was competitive with several of the competitors in the area. He was very available and patient even after hours. Our roof was severely damaged by the unusual wind storm that hit the Temple area in the latter spring. He was excellent in his service and provided a certificate of liability and workman's comp naming us as additional carriers on their policy in the event of an accident. All went well. We were pleased with his professionalism, promptness and excellent product. He also provided warranty of the shingle and of his services.
