All-U-Need Garbage Services, Inc.

I hired this company to place a dumpster at my home. After missing 4 pickups in just over a month I called them. Instead of looking into it they stated it was my word against theirs. I made it clear that was offensive and then she checked and came back with an untrue reason they had not provided service. I requested credit for the missed days and let her know that I wanted the owner to call me.. That was yesterday I have received no call and despite this being the 16th of May and I have paid for the full month they came and picked up the dumpster without notifying me in any way. Do NOT use this rude and unprofessional company.

Update6/10/2014 - they claim to have refunded the unused balance on my account to me. They didn't. Now they have sent me a bill, complete with late charges. The owner has never taken one of my calls, nor returned a single one of them. The girl answering the phone hung up on me today when I questioned this bill.
