Excellent job. I have had this company do all my repair work for 14 yrs. Gregg is very respectful and has always showed up when he say's he will. He always takes the time to do the best job possible. I highley recommend Gregg . I have also had Gregg re- level our home twice. Anyone who calls on Gregg to do you're projects will be very pleased.

Fantastic! We had two previous contractors perform substandard work and left us in a mess. Greg Aleshire and his workers were professional and prompt. Greg kept us informed throughout the process, estimated costs efficiently and finished the job in a timely manner. His workers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. We have scheduled more repairs with him and continue to be most pleased with his company.

He is really good at what he does and I am very satisfied with his work. I appreciate somebody who works well especially here in the rural areas. I will continue to use him.

I have used Greg Aleshire on several projects over the last 3 to 4 years for repairs to my personal residence and farm buildings. This rent house project is the most recent. His expertise covers many more types of buildings than just mobile homes. There is no way that I could find enough superlatives to describe my experiences with his service.
No matter how small or large the project, he first comes out to look at it. He is very thorough about taking measurements and making notes to be sure he knows exactly what you want done. During this discussion, he offers suggestions and alternatives that will help with the cost and/or improve the quality of the job.
Next he researches the cost of materials and amount of labor required to do the job and prepares a written price estimate that thoroughly explains all the details of the project. His prices are fair and reasonable, but they may not be the low bidder. You will understand why as you read further. With the estimate, he tells you when he will be able to start and how long it will take. Lots of people know how good he is at what he does, so he can't always get started in the next day or two. And if you take a few days to decide to use him, he may have to adjust his scheduled start date.
If you accept the estimate and the schedule, you can count on him showing up exactly when he said he would. On rare occasion he may have to re-schedule due to weather related problems since many of his jobs are outdoors. But he will call well in advance, and he will be there at the new time.
Both Greg and his employees go about their work with professionalism and integrity. They bring all the tools and materials required and never leave the job to run down parts or finish up somewhere else. They are meticulous and pay attention to every detail of their work. They never do anything half-way. The quality of their work is excellent. The motto of the company is and quot;Someone still cares about doing it right.and quot; And they mean it! Everything they have ever done for me has come out better than I expected. A corollary to their motto might be and quot;under-promise and over-deliverand quot;.
Most of the time, they finish the work when they said they would, but occasionally they may have a time challenge because something required more time to and quot;do it rightand quot;. Actually, and quot;doing it rightand quot; is a higher priority to them than finishing on schedule.
When the work is completed, they clean up every last bit of refuse, dust, and dirt from the process and haul it off. The only thing left for you to do is pay the bill and enjoy the results. But before you are asked to pay, Greg politely asks you to inspect the work to make sure it's done to your satisfaction. And the bill is always exactly the same as the original estimate. No add-ons or and quot;oopsand quot; charges even if they had to take extra time to and quot;do it rightand quot;. Professional right down to the last minute.
