 + -1 moreThis plumber showed a complete lack of professionalism, left my clogged drain clogged so that he could work on other customer's problem, demanded cash, and then charged $300 for NOT fixing the problem. I felt that this plumber ripped me off.
Description of Work: I had a clogged drain and this plumber (1) had me wait for several days before he showed up; (2) when he did, he could not find my clog, yet did not go under my house which is a pier and beam; (3) he charged me $100 an hour to NOT fix my problem for a total of $300; (4) he promised me to show up the following Monday, yet never called on Monday, nor did he reschedule. When I called me Monday night, he made excuses and basically laughed at my dilemma. Another plumber responded promptly, found the clog under the house, repaired it, was professional, and reasonable.
