Salesman was knowledgeable and pleasant (no hard sell). Had many estimates/in-home demos and he was the only one who would literally stand on top of his sample window and he had the best price of all. From order to install it took about 3 1/2 weeks. Installers arrived and finished the job as promised. Installers were very good. No mess but for the fact that we had new windows you would've never known they were there. Windows are very good quality for the price with very good specs. I appreciated that there was no hard sell and that the price was right. Another company offered a window of similar quality for $19,000.00. I had 9 different estimates ranging from $5200.00 - $19,000.00. Most estimates were in the $6,500-$9,0000 range. Be careful when shopping for windows and do your homework/research. It is easy to get taken. World of Windows' product is just as good if not better than all that I looked at within this price range. Good luck and be diligent when shopping for windows.

What a great company. Showed up on time, kept us informed about what was happening. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Performed work to the highest standards. One window was a special fit because the house had shifted. They weren't satisfied until it was perfect. No extra charge. One old window had a concrete cement base added as a "fix", the guys removed the extra concrete, re-framed the window, normally an extra charge at no cost. They set a record of setting 27 windows in one day all with precision and accuracy. Phenomenal to watch these guys work. On time, precision and accurate describes them best! Even though it was expensive we still feel we got the better end of the deal. The windows are beautiful and work like the house was brand new.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND PERSONALLY MEASURED ALL THE WINDOWS. THE SALES PEOPLE ARE/WERE EXCELLENT. ANY QUESTIONS OR REQUESTS WERE HANDLED WITHIN A DAY. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROMPT, CLEAN, AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING WORLD OF WINDOWS BECAUSE THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER, AND GIVING THE BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT ALONE WAS WORTH THE MONEY. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS FAR EXCEEDS WHAT THEY CHARGED.
