I initially called Mr. Wells to get an estimate and found him to be very informative about glass over the phone. He found out what I was looking for and offered many suggestions.  He sent pics through the email and I saw what I was looking for.   We set up a time for him to come out and take a look at my glass.  He came out exactly the time he said he would and a week later he called me to tell me the glass was ready to install.  The installation went without any hitches.  I'm very satisfied with his installation and would use him again in the future.

Fantastic!!  Byron came out the next day for the estimate which was submitted within the hour.  He told us it would take about a week.  He installed everything a week later.  The 1/2 glass wall is perfect and he mounted it with perfection.  Our window looks so great and we absolutely love our mirrors now that they have the beveled trim.  We could not have asked for any better quality or service.

Byron inspected what we needed done in the master shower. At first we wanted a frameless shower door, however, after reviewing the pros and cons we decided on a regular framed shower door. Byron suggested the polished nickel. The price was very good. We were a little concerned about the ornate tile border and how that would work installing the frame. However, Byron said no problem he had a diamond drill that would grind that area down. One week later the material came in, and Byron went to work. As he stated there was no problem grinding down the small section of the ornate tile in order to mount the frame to the wall. I think Byron did an outstanding job, and he cleaned up well during and after the install. It looks very beautiful!

I called three glass companies for an estimate and Byron impressed me the most. He was honest, professional and meticulous. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work. The frame less shower turned out excellent. I highly recommend him.

I called Byron after speaking with several other glass companies on Angies list.  I called him for a quote for a frameless glass shower because that's what other contractors on Angie's list recommended.  I also asked him to quote a semi-frameless shower. Byron asked me to send him a picture and the measurements of the shower and he could give me a quote.

Byron's frameless glass quote was less than the others $3200 vs. $3500+.  However, Bryon asked me if the wall where the shower door was going had a stud.  I told him no and that he was the first one to ask me that question.  Bryon explained that the glass door for the frameless shower would weigh 80+ lbs and would require that a stud be installed if one was not there.  He suggested that I consider the semi-frameless shower if I did not want to have the walls ripped out for the stud work.  He quoted me a price of $1500 for an oil-rubbed bronze frameless shower with an handle upgrade (including an Angie's list discount).  Other were significantly more and wanted to charge extra for oil-rubbed bronze.

Byron also told me, while he would take as much of my money as I wanted to spend, he normally installs frameless showers in house that are valued over $800k and that I would not see any additional value to our house (value is less than $800k) in choosing frameless over semi-frameless.  I chosse the semi-frameless shower. When he came out and measured, he told me that I could not have gone with the frameless option as one of the achor walls had a buldge in it.  Byron said that he could work the metal frame around the buldge but not the glass.  Again, this was the first time someone told me this and everyone of the contractors that I received quotes from looked at the wall. I absolutely loved his honesty and candor.

Byron ordered the glass and said the he would receive it in about ten days and could install a few days later.  His time estimate was right on.  He arrived on time, installed our shower in one day and left our bathroom spotless.   The shower is abosolutely beautiful.  It give me the look and feel of the frameless shower but matches prefectly with the shower hardware (other contractors did not think that could match the shower hardware).  Three months later, we have had absoultely no problems with our shower.  The only problem that I have is keeping my kids out of it.

Byron is a great guy and is great to work with.  He also gave me a great quote on leaded glass repair.  From onw on, he will be doing all of my inside glass work.

I called to request an estimate and after talking with Byron, I text him with a picture of my shower enclosure with the measurements from my existing enclosure.  He promptly responded with a very reasonably priced estimate.  He came out to measure and a week later was back to install.  I now have a beautiful shower enclosure that I am very happy with.  Byron was professional, efficient and provided genuine customer service.  I highly recommend his services as both his work and materials are of high quality!!

I had originally thought I wanted a frameless shower door installed, but after talking with several glass companies I was told the frameless door would not work and would cost between $1,000 and $1,500. Mr. Wells was the only one to suggest a framed door at a very reasonable price. He had to custom fit and cut the frame to fit the pan in the shower. He did an excellent job. The door itself looks frameless, within a mounting frame. The installation looks great. I am very please. Mr. Wells was perceptive enough to understand what I wanted, not what I was asking for, and recommended a great alternative.

He came the very next day after I called him and he showed me what all I had to choose from. He measured everything and came back with the door and installed it. He always showed up exactly when he was supposed to, did the job, and was gone. There were no problems at all.
