TV Repair
About 3 months later, the problem returned. When I called to inform them, it took 5 or 6 attempts to reach them. I actually had to provide faux information to get a return call. I spoke with the manager who set up an appointment. They never showed up for this appointment and I haven’t heard back.

I CALLED ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND BEFORE 5PM, THE REPAIRMAN DIAGNOSED AND PICKED UP THE TV. GAVE A QUOTE AND ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION, BOTH OF WHICH WERE ACCURATE.
