This is the worst company, DO NOT do business with them. We are finally at the end of our three year contract and I still can't get out. There have been so many issues and no one answers the phone, do not call back to your voicemails and they do not respond to emails. Alarm. com will not help you because you went thru Vault. I finally sent a certified mail post ( with the help of an attorney) and told my credit card we will be declining future charges to finally end this nightmare.

They're not the cheapest but they came and did what they say they were to do, and when they will do it. I would recommend them.
