He evaluated the problem. Gave me a bid. Replaced the fuse.

Tony called on his way. Arrived on time with his assistant. They checked out the problem and confirmed a new fuse needed replaced. They replaced the fuse. Another assistant came in the house a few minutes later. She was just observing.

Tony was very responsive. He came the next day and confirmed his appointment that day and before he came to my house at 10am. He was early and they checked the outlets first and then the wiring on the outside and then the fuse box. They extracted the fuses, went to Home Depot and bought the fuses, Replaced them and then didn't leave until they were sure everything was working properly.

Was very pleased with service up to this point. This was the 2nd complete house that Tony Electric had done for our company. When asked to return to the job for warranty repair/adjustments, he would never show up for appointments. When called, he would hang up on us when he found out who it was.
