When I turned on the system in February one of the zones didn't work and water is coming up from the ground where a hole was dug for a pier. I have called, emailed and texted Mr. Lopez several times about this problem. After almost a month of my first phone call to Mr. Lopez he came and saw the broken pipe. He said he was doing another job in the area and would be by to fix the pipe. That was on March 22. I did not see or hear back from him. I left yet another message for Mr. Lopez on April 5 and I have not heard back from him. I feel Mr. Lopez should repair the pipe or have the pipe repaired that was broken by his work crew.
Update: Mr. Lopez came out on April 12, 2012 to repair the sprinkler pipe. When we were checking the pipe Mr. Lopez noticed another leak and repaired it as well. The sprinklers appear to be working correctly now.
Mr. Lopez made no excuses, didn't place blame and apologized for the situation. I appreciate his taking care of the problem.
