DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. My plaster and tile was redone and 3 months after my plaster started changing color I called him out and was told they would acid wash the pool and if that didnt fix it they would do my plaster again it's very warm in the summer so he said to call him in October when the pool will not be in use and he will come then. I called them 3 weeks ago and they I finally they came out and drained my pool and did the acid wash and left. I called Hugo and told him that the plaster stayed the same and it needs to be fix right away because my pool was drained. He told me he would fix it. The next day I text him to see when they would be coming and got no reply wanted two more days text him again no reply I called the next day and he sent my call to voice mail I then text him again with and still no reply. So I just filed a suit with small claims court. I have notified him that because he is not fixing the problem or answering me that was the actions being taken and he sent me a message saying see you there. DO NOT DO ONE THING WITH THIS COMPANY ITS A NIGHTMEAR! It has been 6 months since my pool renovated and I'm dealing with this and my plaster looks like it would if it was there for 10 years!
