We went to this store to buy a dining room set. We saw it in the show room and then we went to their company website where we found it significantly cheaper. I needed the set right away so I printed it out and brought the online sale with me. The set was in the showroom, with no discount or mention of sale. When I asked the price the sales woman told me what was marked. When I asked about the sale, she reluctantly told me a price. I then showed her the online price and she agreed that I could purchase it at that price. I ordered the table, chairs, bakers rack and two additional bar stools. She promised me that the items would be in the warehouse Nov 27. I emphasized that I needed it soon because of visiting family. She assured me that it would arrive. When I did not hear from the store, I called on Dec 2 and was informed that the sets would not arrive until the end of Dec! I did call the store and cancelled the order and they were very quick and efficient to do that and refund to my credit card. I felt mislead and like I waited for weeks for something that I should have already received.
