Appliance Repair
Scheduled an appointment for a dryer repair and was able to get tech out in one day. He arrived on time, gave cursory look at the machine and said it needed a new control board. Would take about two days to order. We agreed. After a week passed with no call we started calling. No answer and no response to messages. Called on a different phone, which was answered. Asked status of repair, woman said she would check, placed us on hold and never returned. Totally unprofessional!
