They came out and fixed the pipe, did not mention anything about billing for it. The next week I received an expensive invoice in the mail. I called to discuss this, they did not appear to believe me. They are saying the sprinkler was damaged by a vehicle, of course they have no way of knowing if a vehicle ever touched the sprinkler head. The repair crew did acknowledge that the sprinkler head was too tall above the lawn surface and lowered it about two inches when they repaired it. The part that I found unprofessional is they never told me they would charge for the repair, if they had shared that with me upfront, I could have made an informed decision about proceeding. A quick review of yelp would seem to indicate my experience with this company was not atypical. Anyway, I learned my lesson, while they may have installed my system, that is the last time they will get business from me. I also shared my disappointment with my builder, and I will share my poor experience with my homeowners association members as well.

Riverside was contracted by my home builder to install the lawn irrigation system. When I had the back patio extended, I needed the irrigation line rerouted and several sprinkler heads moved. I called Riverside from their info on the sprinkler system control panel.
These guys really know what they're doing and make QUICK work of it! They came out the next day (or the day after, I can't remember exactly) and completed the entire job, including system testing and yard cleanup, in 45 MINUTES! (If I had blinked my eyes, I would have missed them!) They even added a few extra sprinkler heads to compensate for the change in spray pattern due to the new patio extension.
Even with the extra sprinkler heads, the invoice was still well within the quoted estimate. The company invoiced by mail so the installers collected no payment at the time of service.
Overall I am very impressed with the lightning fast speed of service and I will DEFINITELY use Riverside again in the future.
