Rhodes A/C & Heating

They installed in one day and cleaned up afterwards. Came by two weeks later just to check new unit out to make sure it was running as it was supposed to.

There were two people that came to complete the job. It took a full day. I think they were out for 10 hours or something like that. They left the area really clean.

They were punctual and very knowledgeable.  My units had not been serviced in a couple of years.  They repaired the unit not cooling and serviced both units. 

We've not been offered a comprehensive solution to our problem. We believe the company did what they could, but it did not solve the problem. We expected that the debris would have been cleaned out of the unit when the new coil was put in, but they charged us an additional service call fee for that.

They have been very good and I?ve been satisfied each time they?ve come out. They are very responsive. When you call them in the summer you don?t always get them out when you want because that is something that you can?t really control a lot of times, but I am okay with that. The same guy has come out each time and I am happy with the quality of work.

Always reasonable in price, prompt and personable. They did what they said they would. Would give advice, we use them for all of our A/C needs. We have used them for about 15 years.

Excellent company! We needed a new unit and Randall told us exactly what we needed without doing an over sell on the size of unit. Randall and his workers put in a 2 1/2 ton York unit for an excellent price. They have done work for us in the past. In fact, we had them install a unit exactly 20 years ago and have never had any major problems. If I ever have a question, concern, or need them for myself or friends they are quick to accommodate your needs. They had the unit in within a day. I highly recommend them to anyone with AC/Heating problems and if you need an update on your system.

The problem was we have an automatic switch, so we needed to clean our system. The guy that came (Mark?) came on time and did excellent work. He worked really hard, and the price was fair for what he did. He gave me a lot of tips so the situation won't arise again.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! FAST & FRIENDLY SERVICE! JIM, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE TOOK HIS TIME TO MAKE SURE ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. HE EVEN WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO FIND A BUSINESS THAT SOLD OUR SPECIALIZED A/C FILTERS. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS.
