It did not go well. The service provider (Rudy) took a look at the tank and said that he could not lift it to empty it or clean it or remove it from my property to dispose of it due to his "bad back". He said he could sell me a new tank and suggested that I break up the salt and dispose of it a little at a time by throwing it in the trash. I would be responsible for disposing of the salt tank. He would not take it with him. After I asked him should I call someone else to help me, he remarked that his company is the only one that is an EXTRA PURE dealer in the area. I was given no other choice except to purchase a new tank. I have attached a photo of the finished job, notice in the foreground is my EXTRA PURE salt tank after they left my property.
