QTech came out on a service call, Mr Le checked the Compressor outside and then the Air Handler in the attic discovered the leak brought it to my attention and advised me of the options. We discussed the best way to move forward, he checked on my old unit warranty and then gave me several price quotes. There was no hard sell , when I choose the price quote that met my budget, he ordered the unit and delivered it exactly on time " I mean exactly on time " the appointment was 09/22 7AM he rang my bell 7AM LOL I'm not a early riser ( retired don't need to ) I can go on and on about QTech they were very respectful, clean service and very professional I can't write enough accolades for their service, they are exceptional!!! will use no one else. PS he installed my Nest thermostat and program it also. That type of service " Priceless"
