called on weekend for Tuesday (today), they asked if we'd call Monday. Called Monday & they had before noon today - they did a great job and at the price quoted over phone. Efficient & quick. Professional

I was at work, my girlfriend and her best friend were at the house. He uses his pipe snake to clear the drain but discovers that the pipe is broken. He immediately returns the snake and tells my girlfriend that he can't help and that he will not fix because they are "too old" to do that kind of work. He then still charges $105 for literally nothing. I understand if the pipe is broken, but at the end of this service call, I did not get what I wanted, but they did. A good respectable company will either give an estimate to fix and credit some of the drain clearing cost to it since he did not clear the drain, OR he doesn't charge for the drain clearing since it was NEVER cleared. He would maybe charge for the trip out to the property. I feel cheated and robbed. He did not clear the drain and he made no attempts at trying to fix the problem. Also, his business card even states that they "repair" plumbing, yet they straight refused to fix mine. I am extremely disappointed at this service since they are so highly rated. I will never use them again. If I were home, I would have argued this charge.

Plumb Reasonable was great. I called this morning and they came in just a little over an hour, unstopped the drain and were on their way so I could make it to work on time. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on!

The service was excellent. The staff was excellent. They left the area very clean. I would deffinantly recommend them to a friend.

Excellent. I have used this provider before and he is the best kept secret in the metroplex. Courtous, professional, and reasonable. It is a husband and wife team which I find nice. Would recommend them to everybody.

The toilet needed all of the metal parts and he showed me everything that  he took off and why they needed to be replaced. All parts put on the rebuild were in his truck and which is extremely well organized. This is a very professional team and I would and already have recommended to my friends.

Eddie and his wife did an excellent job.  They replaced my kitchen sink and some parts for $240.  I got an estimate from Ernie's Plumbing, for the same job, at $590.    Eddie did a great job for less than half of the price. 

I had a sewer problem water was coming into my bathtubs, toilet overflowed. I called one plumber that I've used before and he told me that I probably had a stopped up sewer and that he didn't do that kind of work, but he referred me to Plumb Reasonable. I called Eddie around 7:45 am. He called me back a little after 8 and was at my home around 9:30. He got the problem resolved in no time. I also had him work on my second bathroom as the tub didn't drain very fast. He was fast, reasonable and very nice. I would use him again.

I called them and they came out to put a garbage disposal in for me. I was very happy with their work. It was two guys and they were both very considerate and polite.

Best Plumber in Grand Prairie. We have used them a number of times. Fast service, very fair price, nice people to work with.

Eddie, the owner, gave us a reasonable estimate over the phone, and said he could arrive within 2 hours. He arrived ahead of time; communicated well about what he would need to do; did the work safely, cleanly, quickly, and completely; and stuck to his estimate. Overall, a good, professional job.

I have known them for 15 years and he is as good as gold. They are honest and reasonable.

I called in the morning and two guys showed up in the afternoon, after a phone call to let me know they were on the way.  They took a machine up on the roof and went down through the vent pipe with a snake to unclog the drain.  They were here for about 20 minutes.  So far, so good.

But they charged $140, which seems outrageous for 20 minutes of work.  When I had the same company unclog the same drain 3.5 years ago, they charged $90.  I would say that a >50% price increase in 3.5 years is quite UNreasonable.

Also, the principal serviceman was uncommunicative almost to the point of being surly, and he slammed my washer in and out of the spin cycle repeatedly without giving the parts time to slow down, which, if the noise it made was any indication, must have been bad for the machinery.
