My 2006 home started showing cracks in the walls a couple of years ago and became much worse this year. Through research I learned that it is most likely a foundation issue, especially in the area I live in. After having disastrous experiences with "cheap" contractors hired for other jobs, I was in no mood to take my chances so I invited two companies with best reviews to give me an estimate. Guess what, after reading that Pinnacle is a 3 generation foundation repair company and $8000 less expensive, the decision was easy. My house had sunk by 3.2 inches on one side and 2.2 inches on the other side. Everyone I interacted with at Pinnacle did an excellent job at what their function was. From the nice ladies on the phone to the workers who actually did the work, everyone was superb. I would like to give a special recognition to the following three because I had the most interaction with them: Nate – evaluator - very knowledgeable and did an excellent job doing the initial measurements and presented a professional report Crew Chief – Jairo - supervised the crew while doing the work himself Supervisor that lifted – Agustin - made sure that the house was lifted to the exact requirements After the job was done, a plumber came by to make sure there there were no leaks due to broken pipes and then a third part evaluator came to make certify that the house was raised to the proper levels. Finally, I received warranty documents from Pinnacle after the final certification was done. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinnacle Foundation Repair. I contracted with them to lift my foundation. From the first call to request the initial evaluation to the finishing of the work, there was always someone available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Chris was very thorough in his evaluation and promptly responded to all my email questions I had after he left. The scheduling of the job date and the signing of the documents went very smoothly. Marcos and his crew arrived on time the day of the work. They were very professional and finished the job that day. During the work, I spoke with the supervisor two times and Chris three times. They checked in with me regularly during the job to see if I had any questions and if things were being done to my satisfaction. The cleanup was excellent! Everything was put back in its place and it was difficult to tell that there had been a repair done that day. Within three days, the independent engineer had come out to my house to review and sign off on the work. They said several times during the process they wanted me to be 100% satisfied and they have certainly achieved that goal. Chris was so easy to work with on the initial visit, walking me through the entire process a few times over. He was very patient, answering all of my questions & concerns. Then Marcos & his crew we're at my house bright & early on project day ready to work. All the men were very professional and worked very hard dig precisely what was needed to set the piers. Marcos then worked diligently with his equipment & his crew to properly complete the leveling. Marcos asked me several times if I had any questions. He was extremely helpful. There are still more inspections to come, but every aspect of working with Pinnacle Foundation has been above expectation! Excellent experience with this company. We had significant settling in our foundation and needed multiple interior and exterior piers to correct it. Robby with Pinnacle came out and explained the process of repair and provided us with a competitive quote for steel piers. Hats off to Jacob and the Pinnacle team. We have had chronic issues with certain portions of our foundation. The brick on one side pulled away and many recurring cracks and door issues inside. We had more than a couple of companies out to access the situation. All of them basically said the same thing: We can do this or that random thing but we are not sure it will fix the issue. This is certainly not how we go about things. Lucky for us Jacob does not take that approach either. Jacob was professional, respectful and answered all my questions with patience and solid feedback. But most importantly he had a plan to get to the root cause; it was simple and methodical. After his second visit the data he gathered pointed him directly to the issue. We now have a plan of attack and will be engaging Jacob and team for any work required. We highly recommend the Pinnacle team.

We thought there was a problem with our foundation. James and his crew came out, did a very thorough examination and advised that our foundation is solid. He did notice a possible issue in another area and gave us insight on what our next steps might be. Our dog loved him. And that’s a big plus! Highly recommend.

Mr. Robby Brown came to assess the foundation issue at our home in July 2022 and he stated that he does not see a need to get foundation work done at that time. He recommended few things I should do which will help with the issue we were seeing and I followed all his recommendation within a week. He asked me that if I like he can come by after 6 Months to check again. He came by in Feb 2023 and noticed there was a significant improvement so he suggested we do not do anything. He asked me to call them back again so he can come by in Aug 2023 to reevaluate again. I found Robby very profession, courteous and, above all, honest in his work as he did not suggest unnecessary foundation work compare to other companies. There is not one bad thing I can say about Pinnacle! I was terrified of the process that I was going to entail when my engineer stated I needed 48 piers. I had expected the worst. Pinnacle made it easy. Nate was amazing from the start, knowledgeable and not pushy, which I loved dealing with others during the bid process. He worked through different scenarios to make the process easy for us with the least amount of disturbance. Now the crew, AMAZING!! Every single day they were out there working hard, also knowledgeable. We knew everything that was happening prior to it happening, step by step. Just hard workers all the way around!! And cant forget Kristen, from scheduling, contacting and just helping me with all my questions, she was always eager. I would do it all over again with them if I had to. We never had to move, we have very minimal damage, for a 48 pier lift!! A 2 or more week job they had done in 7 days even with the crappy weather and swamp yard. It was all around a great experience!

I had a constructional engineer come out to inspect my foundation and learned I needed 18 piers in the back of my home. After some research of the different types of piers and reviewing 6 different bids their reviews, I chose Pinnace Foundation Repair. It was not the cheapest nor the the highest bide. The reason for my chose Pinnacle was they not only repaired the foundation, but they provided a plumber to check for leaks and had another the same structural engineer company I first used to check my foundation after all work was completed. I'm glad I chose Pinnacle, for they covered the entry way so to limit the amount of dust and dirt within the rest of the home. They cleaned up after themselves and took down all of the plastic covering they put up to protect my walls and fixtures. The work was completed on time and their employees were courteous and respectful of me and my home. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the results.

I had 3 foundation repair companies provide estimates and had an independent engineering company do a foundation survey/inspection. Pinnacle foundation were not only the cheapest but also their estimates aligned 100% with the findings of the engineering company. My job required 7 piers. I had another company rated A+ on BBB provide an estimate and they had come up with 30 piers and 5 times the cost estimate provided by Pinnacle! I highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation. I thought I had an issue and James Schmidt conducted an evaluation and told me that no work was recommended at this time. He also provided me with a written report. Pinnacle is an honest company with a high degree of ethics.
