i would like to start off by saying, I was a little hesitant to get our foundation worked on. Our house is on the older side and I was worried what problems would arise if we had work done to it. Justin Tucker came out and let us know the foundation and sunk about 2 inches. He gave us different options and which option would be best. The ladies I talked to on the phone were very professional and friendly, she got us on the books right away and was able to work with my schedule The crew showed up first thing in the morning, we went over what they would be doing again and they got to it. They told us it would be an all day job. Around 3, the supervisor called said they were finishing up. Got to the house, he walked me through everything they did, what was adjusted and that there were no problems!! it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad we decided to go with pinnacle. I would highly recommend them to anyone with foundation problems. I was giving several different contacts during the job and for after, if we had any questions or concerns. 10/10 for the whole experience!!

Job was on a 100 plus year old pier and beam foundation, with one main issue and a few smaller issues. Once the job was on the schedule they showed up on time and did the job quick and on schedule with no delays. The workers were courteous and professional, they kept the job site cleaned up and tidied up. Excellent work.

Pinnacle is a very professional and highly rated company, which is why I chose them for my foundation work. I needed sixteen piers placed. They performed the work in two days, including five concrete breakouts and one tunnel. Lots of dirt piled up, but every bit was cleaned up and made as if they hadn't been there. Very friendly workers and they kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone and everyone needing foundation repair.

I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Foundation repair. The senior geologist came to measure my garage area where the brick had cracked on the outside. He was very professional and kept me informed each step of the work. The men showed up to do the work on the only 95 degree day in February. I've never seen guys work harder digging the holes for the piers. They worked all day in the heat digging, putting in the piers, and raising the house. Then they poured the concrete and filled in the holes. They smoothed the concrete on the driveway holes, and carried away the extra dirt. They had put down tarps on the grass, so that when they finished, you couldn't see where the piles of dirt had been placed. The supervisor explained everything to me. Then about a week later another engineering company came to check to make sure the garage was level. Also, a plumbing company came to check the underground plumbing to make sure there were no leaks in the drain. Everything went just as they had explained, and I am glad I chose Pinnacle Foundation.

Our house has been a nightmare of problems for the past 2 years. After tens of thousands of dollars in plumbing, HVAC, and roof repairs, it turned out we also would need foundation work done. Pinnacle was recommended to me by a structural engineering firm that I hired to assess my property. It was a silver lining to have a good experience with this company amongst all of our home owning woes. We needed both interior and exterior piers installed, followed by mudjacking. Overall, the experience ended with me being extremely satisfied by the end results. Grant did the initial assessment for Pinnacle and was very personable and thorough. When quoting, he worked with me as much as possible on pricing to lessen the blow that I had anticipated and has been available for questions throughout the entire process. Hunter followed with project management, and was incredibly attentive to the entire repair process. Even after a prior sewer leak was found, he worked directly with the plumbing company we used to make sure I didn't have to handle anything logistically between repairs. He updated me constantly and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and helpful guy. The entire time, Kristen was there making sure scheduling and billing went smoothly and that any concerns I had were accurately documented. I would recommend Pinnacle in a heart beat for any foundation work.

From the first meeting with my pinnacle team, they were kind, professional, and always helpful. The installation of my piers were done on the outside and inside of my home and they brought a team to my home that worked efficiently and with care for all aspects of the job. They cleaned up everything before they left daily. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris my planning representative, he was always in contact and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Kristen ,who handled the billing was so wonderful to work with and helpful in the process of scheduling and payments. And finally victor and his crew who physically did all the work at my home for four days made the process as stress-less as it can be with these type of repairs. They came promptly everyday. Cleaned up daily what could be cleaned up. Victor the lead communicated the progress with me daily. He was also so kind and helpful. Once again, Pinnacle knocked it out of the park. They did such a great job with my foundation work a couple of years back, they were the only company I called when I needed some drainage installed along the side of my home and driveway. Antonio went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and Victor and James were easy to contact. Shout out to Sarah in the office for staying in touch and quickly rescheduling after we got rained out.

I am impressed with Pinnacle Foundation Repair. I was looking for a foundation evaluation prior to beginning a kitchen renovation. Chris completed the evaluation quickly, efficiently and I received the report immediately. Even though no foundation work needs to be completed, there may be a possible leak to look into and I received a list with contractor referrals, if needed. It was so refreshing to deal with a Foundation Specialist and Company with such integrity and customer service in mind. We had Pinnacle Foundation come out to do some new work and some adjustments on our foundation on 1/12/2024. The scheduling and office staff was very nice, accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. Chris Wood our account rep was very helpful and stayed on top of things and our questions and concerns. Pinnacle Foundation was able to get us squeezed in before the upcoming inclement weather, which I really appreciate. The foundation crew was very nice, respectful and showed up on time. The lead team member whose name is Francisco came to the door introduced himself and explained what they would be doing and we did a walk around and he showed me the areas that were going to be affected and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He was great along with his crew. Now for the best part of this feedback – I want to tell you about Marcos Chavez (Operations Manager). Marcos is awesome. He is by far the most dedicated, detail oriented, informative, caring person I have dealt with when it comes to repair/service companies. Marcos is the prime example of a person with great customer service / customer relation skills. He was very knowledgeable, he answered my million questions and my concerns. Marcos explained everything in detail and did not rush through any of our conversation. He was very welcoming of any questions or concerns that I had. He even noticed an issue we are having with water drainage on the opposite side of the house that wasn’t even part of our repairs. Marcos explained the cause of the issues and provide a solution. He suggested I contact our account rep to discuss and setup an appointment to go over the issue and how we can get it resolved. Marcos suggested things we can do as a preventative measure and pointed out things we were doing right. I was very happy and appreciative that Marcos was over our repair job – he left me speechless with the way he really took his job seriously and cared about what he was doing and that we were satisfied with the service and work they provided. Marcos is great and was a pleasure to work with. Please commend him for a job well done. I highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation.

Pinnacle was very fast, efficient, and cost effective. Robby and his team were very professional completed the job in two days. I would recommend them to anyone requiring foundation work.

My 2006 home started showing cracks in the walls a couple of years ago and became much worse this year. Through research I learned that it is most likely a foundation issue, especially in the area I live in. After having disastrous experiences with "cheap" contractors hired for other jobs, I was in no mood to take my chances so I invited two companies with best reviews to give me an estimate. Guess what, after reading that Pinnacle is a 3 generation foundation repair company and $8000 less expensive, the decision was easy. My house had sunk by 3.2 inches on one side and 2.2 inches on the other side. Everyone I interacted with at Pinnacle did an excellent job at what their function was. From the nice ladies on the phone to the workers who actually did the work, everyone was superb. I would like to give a special recognition to the following three because I had the most interaction with them: Nate – evaluator - very knowledgeable and did an excellent job doing the initial measurements and presented a professional report Crew Chief – Jairo - supervised the crew while doing the work himself Supervisor that lifted – Agustin - made sure that the house was lifted to the exact requirements After the job was done, a plumber came by to make sure there there were no leaks due to broken pipes and then a third part evaluator came to make certify that the house was raised to the proper levels. Finally, I received warranty documents from Pinnacle after the final certification was done. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Pinnacle Foundation Repair. I contracted with them to lift my foundation. From the first call to request the initial evaluation to the finishing of the work, there was always someone available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Chris was very thorough in his evaluation and promptly responded to all my email questions I had after he left. The scheduling of the job date and the signing of the documents went very smoothly. Marcos and his crew arrived on time the day of the work. They were very professional and finished the job that day. During the work, I spoke with the supervisor two times and Chris three times. They checked in with me regularly during the job to see if I had any questions and if things were being done to my satisfaction. The cleanup was excellent! Everything was put back in its place and it was difficult to tell that there had been a repair done that day. Within three days, the independent engineer had come out to my house to review and sign off on the work. They said several times during the process they wanted me to be 100% satisfied and they have certainly achieved that goal. The contract cost was competitive, not the highest and quality of estimating, contracting, project management and follow through was impressive. Final comment: the on-site crew was extremely hard working, efficient and deserve special recognition.

Pinnacle Foundation Repair is an excellent company to hire for solid & highly professional foundation work! Chris was so easy to work with on the initial visit, walking me through the entire process a few times over. He was very patient, answering all of my questions & concerns. Then Marcos & his crew we're at my house bright & early on project day ready to work. All the men were very professional and worked very hard dig precisely what was needed to set the piers. Marcos then worked diligently with his equipment & his crew to properly complete the leveling. Marcos asked me several times if I had any questions. He was extremely helpful. There are still more inspections to come, but every aspect of working with Pinnacle Foundation has been above expectation! I'm extremely glad I went with Pinnacle for the foundation work I needed on my house!

We chose Pinnacle after interviewing several companies and were most comfortable with this company. Chris was professional,knowledgeable,and courteous. He walked us through each step of the work to be done. The supervisors were there and oversaw the work as well as working themselves. The workers were hardworking and competent. Our home and yard wears left in pristine condition. Chris was in contact before,during, and after the work was completed. Very satisfied.

Excellent experience with this company. We had significant settling in our foundation and needed multiple interior and exterior piers to correct it. Robby with Pinnacle came out and explained the process of repair and provided us with a competitive quote for steel piers. Communication was great, we were informed of each step in our foundation repair. Minimal mess for a big job, and the team completed the repairs quickly and did a thorough clean up. We feel very confident in the work done and are happy with our experience.

There is not one bad thing I can say about Pinnacle! I was terrified of the process that I was going to entail when my engineer stated I needed 48 piers. I had expected the worst. Pinnacle made it easy. Nate was amazing from the start, knowledgeable and not pushy, which I loved dealing with others during the bid process. He worked through different scenarios to make the process easy for us with the least amount of disturbance. Now the crew, AMAZING!! Every single day they were out there working hard, also knowledgeable. We knew everything that was happening prior to it happening, step by step. Just hard workers all the way around!! And cant forget Kristen, from scheduling, contacting and just helping me with all my questions, she was always eager. I would do it all over again with them if I had to. We never had to move, we have very minimal damage, for a 48 pier lift!! A 2 or more week job they had done in 7 days even with the crappy weather and swamp yard. It was all around a great experience!
