After getting a few foundation companies out for quotes we called Pinnacle. They were able to schedule our first appointment very quickly, once they identified our foundation problems they again were able to schedule the repairs in a very timely manner. We don’t have one bad thing to say about this company. Robby came out for our bid, he helped us understand in detail everything that was going on with our house we even received the bid that evening. The girl that does their scheduling was beyond sweet and made the process super easy. The workers showed up and were great, very pleasant, worked quickly and effectively, and left the house and the yard looking great! We would recommend Pinnacle to everyone we know!

Where do I begin... Pinnacle is an absolute stand up company!! James came out to our home the day we chose his company a few months ago not only did he stay over an hour walking through our home and taking very careful measurements but he answered all of our questions and concerns. Keep in mind we had 2 other foundation companies out that day as well. Out of all 3 Pinnacle was the best in our minds. Fast forward to June and Pinnacle came out Alfredo and his crew arrived on time and worked hard all day long until it was all completed! They did an absolute amazing job! After several estimates, James from Pinnacle came out and sent me my estimate and it nearly brought me to tears, I had to ask him is this just for labor? Is it just for supplies? he said it’s for the entire job. I thought maybe I would get shabby service because the price was much lower than the others but they where very professional, on time and very courteous. The work was done with much care for our property. This has to be the best foundation company ever! The CEO, Robby Brown, is polite, experienced and kind. Robby came right on time. Appropriately, he wore a mask and a shoe cover. After a brief inspection inside and outside the house, he gave us an accurate assessment of our current situation which was a slight level change in one side of the house. In contrast to a couple of other foundation companies that recommended foundation repairs that would cost us thousands of dollars, Robby explained in layman terms the reason for the level change as well as practical remedies that would cost far less. Robby’s professional knowledge and affability won our trust. Additionally, the office personnel that took our call was courteous and accommodating. My repair went extremely well. The crew showed up on a time and they pretty much finished the repair in a day. Clean up took a day and half due to rain. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. Robby responded to all emails quickly no matter what time of day I sent them. The office staff was very efficient as well.

My home was inspected by a potential buyers inspector. He stated that there was foundation issues. I did not agree with the findings , so made an appointment with Pinnacle to see if this was correct. James did a through inspection and stated that my home was within the limits for a pier and beam foundation. It went surprisingly well. Level readings were taken, and then I was advised to have the foundation company that had previously done work on my house honor their warranty.

Pinnacle was working on my neighbors foundation so I asked if they could give me a free estimate on the repair cost for my house. It's a neighborhood problem. Anyway, that's how I was introduced to Pinnacle and their owner Robby Brown and crew repair. I appreciated the communication and information provided. The crew was very professional and completed the job by 4:00pm same day. I didn't realize there was so much paperwork, permits, surveys, water and pressure testing with engineering approval. Flipping Amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the start Robby has literally been so understanding and patient with us. I think I might have called him 20 times before, during, and at the end of the process. He always took the time to address all the questions I/my husband had. I feel like this company has literally become family. We could text/call and we always got a response. We under estimated the work that these guys do. Its hard work!. I was in awe everyday seeing these guys work. Miguel was a fantastic asset to us, he always walked with us and showed us everything, took time to explain and answer EVERY question. Unfortunately for us there were so many issues with our foundation but this company held our hand and walked us through the entire process. As you can see I can go on for days about Pinnacle. James was very honest and displayed a level of high integrity. We were prepared to pay for foundation repairs and he assured us that our foundation was intact. In our current “pandemic” state with concerns about companies making it financially, this is a true showing of the character of James and this company. I worked with Robby Brown to get my measurements and quote and he had the best customer service I could expect. He worked with me on adjusting my quote to meet my needs and answered all of my questions, no matter how small, in a prompt time. When it came to do the repair, they had a large crew and got straight to work, didn't waste any time. They had another another job cancel so they sent more guys and turned my 2 day job into 1. They did a great job with clean up afterwards as well and all the guys were very professional while working on my home. I would definitely recommend this company to someone else.

I could not recommend Pinnacle foundation repair enough. Robby came out and was very polite, professional and friendly. He was informative and explained everything he was looking for and doing. After he had finished he discussed his findings and ultimately did not recommend that any work needed to be done! This was great news that we didn’t have to have any work done but also that he was honest even if it meant not making money off of us! I will definitely be using pinnacle foundation for any future concerns/issues since I know that I will get reliable, honest answers. I was impressed with the owner Robby Brown and his honest assessment of my home. He gave valuable information to help me improve the area that didn't require foundation repair. His bid for the area that did need work was significantly lower than other bids I received and he and the office were in frequent contact with me. Evaluation of state of foundation

Robby and team came out and evaluated my parent's 80 year old pier and beam home. The home had significant challenges due to age and previous subpar repairs (handy man). The floors were uneven and unsteady. Robby was professional and very good in explaining what steps should be taken to stabilize the foundation. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Robby's team was prompt, professional, hard working and thorough. Cost of the repair was fair. We highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair!

I recently needed my foundation lifted do to settling from lack of foundation watering. Nate my account executive arrived on time and began taking his measurements. He explained all the possible pier options to me which was great because I knew absolutely nothing at the time. After my meeting with Nate, he followed back up with me to see if I had decided on a company and through our conversations and the plans he provided I felt like Pinnacle was the right for for me, and I’m so happy I went with them. The Pinnacle team showed up promptly both days and were more than polite! Nate called each day to check in on the project and to confirm that all my expectations were being meet (which they were)!
