+ -1 moreSeveral years ago I added a pool and cabana in my back yard. My pool company subcontracted PavePro to install pavers around the pool and cabana. I was very pleased with the work PavePro did at that time. Recently, I called their office for repair and powerwashing my pavers. I make several calls with a promise of a return call, I did get one call that I missed. I immediately tried to call back and I left messages on the person's cell phone asking for a call back. It's been over a month since my first call to their office and I am yet to speak to someone about my needs. I had a friend who described a similar experience with PavePro's terrible customer service. My friend found a different company who he was pleased with and I plan to do the same. Don't call PavePro if you are expecting good customer service.
Description of Work: Nothing. I can't even get a return call after several attempts.
