Joey with Palladium is OUTSTANDING. We have had countless others set up media rooms, hang TVs, program remotes, install speakers, etc. but I wish we would have known about him all those times. No one ever seemed to know what they were doing. Joey is sincere and professional but very friendly and honest. He went above and beyond the scope of the job- he even programmed our remote with our favorite channels and set up my sons' video games. He ALWAYS answers our calls/texts even after the job was completed. Do not waste your time with anyone else- Joey is the man!!!

This is my second time using Palladium, and there's a reason I had him come back to mount our new TV! He's punctual, efficient, and polite. At $180, the price included the new VESA mount for the TV as well as a new 10' HDMI 2.0 cable. Previously he mounted our 45" TV in the same spot, cutting space for the cables to run through the walls, so we just reused those this time. Took the old TV down, wired up the new HDMI cable, and mounted the new 65" TV (I did help him lift it for this step). It looks great. He even readjusted the mount at my request when it was a bit too low--without making a fuss. Normally I'm a DIY guy, but when it comes to large, expensive pieces of equipment, I'd rather pay a pro to come do it for me. And that's what we got!

He was punctual, professional, and completed the job very quickly!

This was my first time having a TV mounted on the wall professionally and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Joey showed up and was able to make suggestions on what might look good concerning how the mounting was done and I am glad I took his advice. He mounted the TV and connected a sound bar to the TV. Part of the mounting was adding a electrical plug up next to the TV, he also added a HDMI cable connection for the DVR and gaming system. The HDMI run was done inside the wall, so as to show no cables running down the wall. Every thing looks great and I'm very happy with his work. Well worth the price.

Everything was perfect. I had previously called two other companies and one said they were too busy for my job and the other took all of my information and was going to email me a proposal but they never did. Joey was very professional and unlike the other company he asked me to send him a photo of my fireplace so he could understand the project. On the day of the project, he kept in touch with me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. I wound up finding a mount that I wanted him to use that he hadn't seen before, but he quickly read through the instructions and figured it out. They did an awesome job of mounting the TV and soundbar as well as hiding the cables. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent. Joey (and his brother) installed the cameras .... explained how the system worked ... installed the apps on our phones so we could view our home remotely. When our wireless router was changed (and I accidentally deleted the app off my phone) ... Joey came out and fixed everything promptly.

We just moved from the suburbs to a three-story townhouse in uptown Dallas. My wife was scheduled for major surgery after which she had a long recuperation requiring bed rest. I was anxious to have our TVs installed quickly before she came home from the hospital.  I called Joey  and he met me at my new home in a few hours. We set the date date for the installation for later in the week. 
On the appointed day, Joey and his brother showed up on time and promptly went to work.  Joey's truck has all the tools, cable, wire, connectors, etc. to get the job done. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. 
They worked efficiently as a team, gave good advice as to TV mounting location for optimal viewing in each room, and double-checked every aspect of the installation to make sure everything worked. Joey patiently demonstrated how to operate all the remote controls, and showed me how to troubleshoot the AT&T Uverse system with which I was unfamiliar (I previously had Verizon FIOS). They came back the next day and changed the height of one TV at my wife's request. 
Joey and his brother were smart, extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly, helpful, and professional.  They did a perfect job.  I would not hesitate to recommend Palladium Home Theater and would certainly use them again.

* The entire process was absolutely awesome! Gave me a quote over the phone after I explained what I wanted and worked with my schedule while I waited on my IR repeater to be delivered.
* His quote was 50% less than 2 other quotes that I got; the other two quotes both included trip charges of $100 to come from Dallas to Fort Worth. (I live in Fort Worth and install companies are few and far between)
* Joey was on-time, professional, personable, and talked to both my wife and I about TV placement, and other installation items just for our personal knowledge. He provided a TV mount, but had no problem with me providing my own and didn't try to talk me into using his just for sales. Honestly my wife and I were really worried because our living room has wood paneling and window molding, but Joey said it wasn't an issue and watching him work it was obvious as such. He cut through the molding, installed the mount, setup the TV, connected all our components, setup our remote, and IR repeater. He cleaned up after himself and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Afterwards, we asked him questions about other potential installs, and he not only gave us quotes, but also discussed other options that were less expensive that we hadn't even considered. 
* We will use Joey again for future TV installs and security cameras we have planned.

Joey and his team did an amazing job from start to finish.  From the initial message and quick response, to meeting on site which Joey provided his recommendations and ideas all the way to installation day, the service provided was top notch.  Even before starting the install, Joey was able to help guide me through my purchase to make sure I had the right equipment for what I was hoping to accomplish.
The day of installation, Joey and his team arrived on time and went straight to work.  We had a building issue that prevented typical attic access in the living room, which Joey was able to improvise and get us up and running with not problems at all.  After the install was complete, we were shown how to operate everything and get the best out of each system and even took the time to vacuum and clean up sheetrock and dust from the install.  A few days after the install was complete, I received a follow-up text to make sure everything was going great and that we were happy.
I could not have asked for a more professional service and will DEFINITELY be using Palladium in the future.

Everything was perfect.  Responded to my inquiry within hours, quoted a fair price for the service and scheduled installation.   Gave me a window of arrival and was there on time.   Very courteous and informative about the installation.  Kept all wiring out of sight, and they were able to wire behind current cabinetry to leave it fully functional. 
I definitely recommend these guys!

Within a couple of hours of sending an inquiry on Angies List Joey called.  Within a few days he was in my home performing the service.  Joey was polite and quick with the work.  It took a touch over an hour and the work was done.  Install is clean, and looks beautiful.  Would definitely recommend, and when I get ready to put surround sound in, I will be contacting Joey again.

They give me an estimate, I accepted and asked them to do the best they could. They came and installed the shades and everything works and looks fine. A clip on one of the wires broke recently and they've got it on the way to replace.
