MICHAEL PALMER FLOORS

Wonderful job, we dealt with a host of contractors over a four month period completely refurbishing a small wood frame house. He was the only contractor we had that did what he said he was going do at the time he said he would. These original floors were in fair to good condition so he had to make a number of small repairs and then completely sanded down to the bare wood. He helped us to select a great stain color that made the floors just beautiful. It took a good week to do the job including all the drying time, including two coats of poly sealer clearcoat. He custom made four thresholds each one different that turned out great. Micheal had a small crew with him but he supervised every minute of the work himself. These floors were a big factor in the house selling as quick as it did, I would never use anyone else.

Michael Palmer did a fantastic job of carefully removing the warped hardwood floor boards and replacing them. The damage was in the center of the room which required that they be pieced into place. He is a real craftsman when it comes to working with hardwood floors. He is the only one that we would hire to work on our floors.

  Michael Laid 370sf of Bamboo Hardwood Floors and Did an excellent job. We are having him do two more rooms in the near future. Job ran a little longer than estimated due to me picking out extremely hard bamboo floors. But he stayed with original quote.  Best deal in town.Laid   

Michael and his team did a fantastic job.  He matched the color and style of the existing wood floors exactly.  The price quoted was less than half of another quote we received.  The project was on time and on budget and he did exaclty what he said he would do.  We are very pleased!

Michael did a very good job on the floors, however he did get floor stain on some of our woodwork & carpet that we were keeping. When I told him about the problem, he came back to clean up the mess and also shaved off our linen closet door that was scratching the floors when opened. He did take several days longer to finish the job than antisipated.
