Ron Sharp and his crew completely remodeled two bathrooms and I could not be happier. Exceptional work, good eye for details and professional courteous service. I had the linoleum floor replaced with ceramic tile and the counter tops replaced with granite in both my main and mater bathrooms. I had the bathtub resurfaced in my main bathroom and the shower pan replaced in my mater bathroom. Ron Sharp suggested under-mount sinks and they look fantastic. His suggestions on accent tiles and a small built in box for shampoo and soaps were terrific. He coordinated his work so that I was never without a shower and toilet. The crew cleaned up at the end of every day and made sure that they did not track things through the house while they were working. This job required the full tear out and replacement of the shower so my house did get a little dusty during the work. But the workers put up plastic and did everything they could to keep the sheet rock dust from going all over the house. I highly recommend this company and the work they performed. I have used Metro-Resurfacing in the past and have recommended this company to family and friends.

My future husband and I bought a house planning to get married in the house on New Year's Eve 2007. We hired painters, carpet, tile installation in October. The original tile person didn't work out for our timeframe. In a bit of a panic moment (didn't know about Angie's List then). My future husband contacted a decorator from a recommendation of a furniture showroom. The decorator recommended Metro Resurfacing. We met with Ron in December and told him about our short timeframe. Ron's company was available to do the work and on faith we hired them. It was one of the best decisions we made. Ron's team were on time, efficient, and extremely talented in providing us with creative tile layouts for each room. They completed the job within the agreed time period. This was not an easy task since the foundation floor was uneven and they had to put a membrane on the floor before tiling, work with uneven room sizes and ever changing tile choices due to the source tile company making mistakes on 5 out of 6 choices (not Metro Resurfacing's fault- they didn't provide the tile or recommend the vendor we purchased the tile from). Metro Resurfacing helped us select replacement tile that turned out more beautiful than the original tile we selected. Everyone ooohs and ahhs, when the see the tile work Metro Resurfacing did in our house.

His recommendations were very good. He turned my tiny shower into a large shower and moved the toilet. It was a much nicer floor plan. The ceramic tile was beautiful. He kept adding on extra expenses. I was really disappointed with this. When I started the work I thought it was an all inclusive bid. He also never fixed the ceiling of the garage where he had to tear up to access the shower above. He also never connected the shower head and faucets, they are still sitting on the floor waiting to be put in. The tile was installed well. They did a very good job retexturing the wall. I also found a couple small things missing from the house. They also borrowed my things, such as my broom and step ladder, without asking.
