Maria and Nicole were on time or early (both for the estimate and for the service), very friendly, and followed all COVID protocols. We had advance arrangements for the following services: -Sweeping -Mopping -Clean base boards -Clean ceiling fans -Clean restrooms -Clean windows inside & outside -Clean Kitchen -Clean bedrooms -Dusting (was discussed in person, but not confirmed in writing) They did an overall okay job. Baseboards were missed, not all the outside windows got washed, and there are a few light fixtures that did not get dusted. The house was pretty cluttered, but that was why we hired someone to help with the cleaning and dusting... decluttering comes next! ;-) We are not looking for a steady service at this time, so that is not part of this consideration. As I said, overall, they did a fair job!
