 + -1 moreBY TELEPHONE, LITEX CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WALKED ME THROUGH POSSIBLE CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS FOR THE NON-WORKING CEILING FAN/LIGHT FIXTURE. THEY SENT 3 NEW PARTS WITH DETAILED REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS, THE 3RD ATTEMPT OF PARTS WORKED. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND FRIENDLY. I RECOMMEND THEM AND THEIR PRODUCTS.
Description of Work: PROVIDED DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT A CEILING FAN (UNDER LIFE TIME WARANTEE) THAT WAS NOT WORKING (FAN/LIGHT WAS INSTALLED IN HOME BEFORE WE PURCHASED THE HOME).
