LAMB Roofing

We would not go with LAMB Roofing company. Since they were saying things to our insurance company that we don't need a new insurance. They did perform estimates about 3 weeks ago. I had complaints for the business bureau. It was something that would not take of their contact. It states in there that if you did not cancel within 3 days, you will be reliable to pay them whatever they were going to charge you in doing the repairs. I would not use their services again in the future.

We gave them the original insurance check on June 7th. & work finally began July 20th. After they were done, we opened the attic door to have broken decking boards fall on us from the throwing of shingle packages down on the roof causing the decking boards to break. On July 22nd they wanted the final payment, we told them not until the gutters were done; as agreed. On Aug 19th after not being able to get anyone to our house to repair gutters, inspect the damage done by contractors or the request for the owner to call us back; we agreed to pay them the deductable minus the insurance allowance for gutter repair just to be rid of them. The roof does have a 5 year warranty, well see with the coming fall & winter weather how well they did putting it on.

6/13/12: We had a sever hail storm (6/12/12) and I have had roofing companies come by to offer a free inpection on my roof. When I told them the roof was only a year old they actually laughed and apologized for the terrible work done. I tried to call LAMB since I do have a 5 year warrenty (right), I can not get anyone to answer my call or call me back.
