After 4 years of service with Kosmos, I am now unable to contact them at any number, nor do they return voicemails or emails. Even though they show to be in business, it seems they are not supporting their customers who have had installs in place for years. I have an inverter with a failure code and am unable to get Kosmos to respond. SolarEdge, the manufacturer, sends me back to Kosmos. Endless circle. At this point I am believing there is a business issue with this company and until I get some response from them, it looks like I am stuck with a failed inverter, bad backup battery and paying for a system that cannot be fixed without the service warranty provided by Kosmos.
