KITCHEN TUNE-UP

I was not pleased at all with this company. I was without kitchen sink, counter tops for 2 weeks. I was told at first they they would be doing all of the work themselves. The men that did the cabinets were rude, and made fun of our house. "You are covering a turde doing the cabinet reface". The 1st counter top conractor only brought granite for me to lool at. We did not want graniet we are not and the house is not a granite type style or house. It is country cozy. We were left with samples for the 2 weeks and when he finally found someone to do the job nothing I picked out was discontinued. The 2nd counter top contractor had laminate samples We wanted solid service and told them so several times. Then they did find the laminate that I had to settle with there were seams on every counter top surface. Patch work looked and still looks cheap. When they came back to do something about the seams they tried to fill in with colored caulk. Instead of ordering additional sheets from lowes, home depot they scrapped it together. I already have corners lifting in serveral places. So disappointed with this company and the whole process/ My husband and I are very handy and have done several remodel projects but wanted this one to be done by professions. The owner of the granchise will tell you anything to get your business. BEWARE!! Don't use them. It has taken me months to decide to write a renew. I just can't left someone else fall for the bull poop he dished out.
