 + -1 moreKEN DID A THOROUGH JOB CAULKING AND PAINTING. HE WAS PLEASANT AND HARD-WORKING. HIS PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE CONSIDERING THE QUALITY OF WORK. HE WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO PAINT THE FRONT DOOR FOR FREE AND TO HELP ME MATCH THE PAINT FOR AN INTERIOR WALL. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PAINTER AT A LOW PRICE, THIS IS THE GUY. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT HE TRIED TO GET ME TO MAKE MY PAYMENT IN HIS WIFE'S NAME (TO AVOID TAXES I ASSUME), THUS THE FAIR RATING FOR PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: POWER-WASHED, CAULKED AND PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOUSE. ALSO INSTALLED SEVERAL SOFFIT VENTS AT MY REQUEST (FOR A REASONABLE EXTRA CHARGE).
