+ -1 moreContractor/owner Jose Valladares was in way over his head with this small project. Always late, worked extra jobs while working mine,never met deadlines, changed prices continuously, stole home owners property. See Grand Prairie police report #17-24731. Worse contractor I ever dealt with. Smooth talker, con artist. Do not hire.
