I feel the agent Barbara Curry (realtor for Century 21 Judge Fite) was bargaining for the seller when she was supposed to be representing my interests as the buyer. When I tried to bargain on the final price she responded "but I know how hard the seller worked on this house!" Also I was not informed I would need a certified check from an out of town bank until after 7:00pm the evening before the closing the next morning at 10:00 am. She constantly talked over me when I tried to ask questions. What should have been a good experience for me definitely was not because of this agent. I was told all agents for Judge Fite would be ethical. I don't feel this was the case.
