This man is one of the nicest, friendliest contractors you will ever encounter. Knowing that my mother did not have a lot of money;
Mr. Balllard did a tremendous job. He had to return to Home Depot to get one of the locks rekeyed, because my mom wanted all 4 locks just one key. This over all work took him almost 2 hours. BUT he only charged $ 100.00!!!! Amazing.
He is a black guy who is 67 years old with a lot of experience. I probably got little bit of less quality, but I got more things done because of his prices. He was fairly low on price. So, I got a lot of stuff done, but I probably would have got higher quality if I had gone with a higher priced bid. However, it is acceptable even though it is not of top quality. I am the only one who knows it and probably anybody who comes into my house would not be able to see the little details that I see.
