+ -1 moreThe employees at Gregg were very unsympathetic to our dilemma. We had already been in a hotel for 2 weeks at this point, and had seen no progress. In the end they quality of work was good, I just would not use them again due to their lack of professinalism.
Description of Work: Our water heater burst and we had water damage to the majority of our floors and some walls. W are insured through USAA, they referred us to Gregg Construction. The process of getting Gregg started on the job was very slow. I came to find out that they would not start on our house until they received full payment from USAA, which could be up to 2 months.
