They damaged our doors and all the hardware with paint remover and sanding the doors down 3 different times trying to put the correct kind of stain on the doors. We let them attempt to correct the problems, but with each attempt, the condition of our doors was going from bad to worse. They worked on 3 exterior doors 4 or 5 months. We finally let them go. Hired a professional painting service that painted the doors in 2 days. We will have to completely replace the doors at some point, because the windows in the French doors are damaged from the paint remover and the solid wood front door is damaged from global general using an electric sander and sanding the door down I level and against the wood grain. Do yourself a favour and call a professional painting company.
