As part of a whole house remodel, I was trying to decide if I wanted to keep my favorite reading chair -- a very mangy looking and beat up recliner.  I also wanted a headboard made in the shape of an arch. Raphael convinced me he could make the chair look new, using fabric I had been thinking of. In less than two weeks he was back with the chair and the beautiful headboard.  The headboard was attached securely to the frame.  And the chair looked better than it did new. He replaced the seat cushion as part of the new look.  The workmanship was superb.  I had just had an unfortunate experience with another upholsterer who couldn't even set a straight seam, so I looked that chair over carefully and it was just wonderful.  However, when I sat in it and reclined, there was an ominous sound.  Raphael took the chair apart and determined the springs had been replaced with ones that were a bit too small.  So back the chair went -- and not a complaint, no hint of my just being a prima donna.  He saw something wasn't quite right, and was dead set on rectifying it.  The chair was back in less than a week missing the funny sound, and I just love my old familiar "new" chair.  I highly recommend these people for their pride in their craft, their honesty, and their desire to make things right.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.
