They came out to give Orchard a foundation report. They said I had major drops and rises in my foundation. They also tried to get me to pay for 45 piers. I thought that was excessive since I had no major cracks or breaks in my foundation or my outside bricks. I hired an actual engineer to perform an engineering report. He informed my foundation was sound with no issues and said I did not need any piers at all. This company tries to scam people. Stay away far away.
