Contractor arrived on time with his crew. Sealed off the rest of the house from the dust and fumes. Closed the air conditioning vents while working. Put various stains on the floor so we can decide what stain we wanted.
Contractor told us what to expect and how much time the job would take and how long it takes for the stain and sealer to dry.
Contractor finished a day ahead of time and the floors look great.
