In short, Doug, the plumber, arrived timely and did the job to perfection. Doug looked over the work to be done, advised me what he was going to do, recommended shut off valves also be installed, gained my approval and did the work in an orderly fashion. I asked if I could watch and learned a lot! Doug completed the job double checking everything and cleaned up. I definitely will use Freedom Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends. I am very pleased with this company. I don't think you can find a better plumber.

Justin (the technician) knew exactly what he was doing and found the problem very quickly. He was very professional and showed me what was going on. They charged nothing extra for coming on Sunday and only billed me for a service call. Once I make the floor repairs I will definitely call Freedom Plumbing back out to make the necessary repairs.

Our bathroom sink was draining so slowly it took forever to drain. The plumber checked it out and at first thought we were running the water too strong and that made it slow to drain. Well, we don't usually run the faucet wide open, so obviously it was not slow draining because we were running the water too strong. I suggested he use a plunger. I thought the plumber would know to do that, but he seemed hesitant. He used our plunger, which I thought they should have one of their own, but that's ok I guess. I also suggested he use a snake, but it wasn't necessary because the plunger did the trick. Anyway the drain is running fine now. Other than the hesitancy to use a plunger, the work was done well. I gave a "B" for the professionalism because I thought a plumber would know to use a plunger or a snake without my suggestion. The plumber was clean and gave a nice appearance. I had a coupon for $99 for 2 hours work. I wish I had had more work for him to do because I didn't get my full benefit, but that's my fault, not theirs.

Justin was great. Very personable and professional. He completed the work quickly and kept the work area very neat and clean. I was able to discuss the repair and he advised the best and most economical way to do the repairs. I have a lot of trust in Justin's ability to make the repair and do it right.

EXCELLENT. I only hire A rated providers from Angie's List and this was still one of the BEST experiences I've ever had with any provider. These guys were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for any plumbing job. I did go under the house to see how they had run everything and everything looked great and was professionally done.

I called them to get an estimate for plumbing work. They told me that they would be out between 2 and 4. The technician called me at 1:45 to let me know that he was running a little late, but he showed up only shortly after 2pm. They inspected the plumbing and gave me an estimate, but in the end I felt that it was more money than I wanted to spend. I did the project on my own.

I can not speak highly enough of Trent and Freedom Plumbing. I'm an out of state property owner. I was at a business meeting, away from my home state when I received a call, on a Saturday afternoon, from my tenants that the toilets were backed up and water was coming up through shower drains My "regular" plumber was unavailable. All other plumbers I tried to contact in the Dallas area wouldn't be able to do an emergency call until after the weekend. Trent found the way not only to come to my rescue, but to do so within two hours! He identified and resolved the problem as a clog created by paper towels! I don't remember the actual cost for his visit, but do remember it was extremely reasonable. Trent was courteous, punctual, professional, tidy and efficient with his repair. I would strongly recommend him! Although I hope to have no more problems from paper towel clogs, I will contact Trent /Freedom Plumbing with any future plumbing problems. They receive an OUTSTANDING rating from me!

The price I got for an estimate I got was exactly right on for the final price. Even though they were a small company (and one of the guys was sick), they would have had to cancel on me, but they found a sub to get my project done like they said. I was happy that they were able to make an adjustment on the fly. They were very polite and good with answering all my questions. The quality of the work was top notch. They did a very good job with the removal of the old water heater, as well as installing the new tankless one. I would recommend them in the future.

Had drainage problem from my dishwasher and kitchen sink going to the outside yard and forming a puddle of toxic water. Got in touch with a realtor friend of mind that gave me phone number of their plumber. Called their plumber, who said that they did not work on drains and sewers. This plumber gave me the phone number of his plumbing supply company. He said this company could refer me to a good plumber that worked on drains and sewers. When I called the supply company, they referred Freedom Plumbing and no one else. They said they could, but they really felt like Freedom was the best. Freedom Plumbing was professional, prompt, courteous, and reasonable. I would refer them to anyone and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Trent did a great job. I think he is excellent. He is very professional, punctual, and does what he says he will do. He's very responsive in calling back as well. He even filled out the warranty card for the garbage disposal and made some minor adjustments of some of the connected plumbing for proper draining.

Freedom Plumbing came out and checked on what was involved in removing the old cast iron cap and replacing it and then gave us an estimate which we thought was fair; we agreed to their completing this work. They needed special equipment to remove the cast item drain cap and the next day they were out and the work went surprisingly quick so that the work on the shower could continue without any more delay. We thought the price was fair, they were professional and we were pleased with how they left the area clean. There had been some discussion before they came out as to whether the copper water pipes that supplied water to the shower would also need to be replaced but the master plumber said the pipes were in good shape and he saw no need to replace them so we did not need to add additional costs to the project.

Everything was excellent. He has been coming to my house for 4 years now. I have recommended him to several people. He took the time to show my husband everything he was doing and explain everything.

I contacted Trent at Freedom Plumbing. He was very po;ite and answered all my questions. The plumber arrived on time the very next morning, clean & polite. He was very quick and did the job right the first time. Unfortunately I didn't have the oven yet, so the job needed to be done again. I called Trent and he was happy to come back at no charge and move the pipe.
