This is a mother-daughter housecleaning service. I am sorry to say that one of the owners of this business robbed me in July 2013. The owners had a key to my house so that they could come in and clean on a specified day every 2 weeks. Cleaned my home for about 6 years. Then I caught the daughter letting herself into my home the day after she had cleaned. My neighbors recognized the daughter coming to my house more often than was needed to clean. Two days later I found my safe had been cleaned completely out of my credit cards, bank accounts, jewelry and cash. The daughter found a hidden key to my safe and helped herself. I filed a police report, but after almost a year I have no hope that I will recover anything. The mother promised me she would shut down her business and protect her other customers, but I don't know if she did. Please beware of housecleaning services offered by Five Star Maids or Wright Maid Service or Shetter family cleaning service out of Grand Prairie, TX.
