This review is for EcoView Windows & Doors in Grand Prairie (not Farmers Branch). We had 40 windows to replace of various sizes and shapes so we did a lot of research to learn about replacement windows. The QUALITY of the windows and the SKILL of the installers are critical. We met with 4 highly-rated replacement companies and chose EcoView for their AAMA & Energy Star certifications and professional staff. The sales rep, Ric, was great, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. EcoView gave a very reasonable quote for such a large number of windows in all those varying sizes. Windows arrived with a couple of glitches, but with 40 windows that can be expected. EcoView staff immediately resolved the problems ; no hesitancy or arguments from them. I mention this only to reassure that if a problem occurs, EcoView WILL take care of it hassle free. Hugo and his installer team are experts (perfect caulking and clean up). Highest praise and recommendation for EcoView Grand Prairie.

From the beginning to the end, Ecoview did a fantastic job for us. Jim, the sales person, was great to work with. He followed up quickly whenever I had questions before the installation. He also made sure that our security system wiring would be handled easily so that I did not have to contact a separate electrician to deal with that. On installation day, Kevin, the supervisor, was excellent! He kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure that everything went smoothly with his team. They arrived exactly on time, and were done about an hour sooner than they had predicted. All in all, it was a perfect transaction. Ecoview was cheaper in price than some of the other companies I got estimates from, and I think their product is actually better. I highly recommend Ecoview. Work with Jim and Kevin if at all possible!

Remodeling our home has been a total nightmare. Finding companies with hard workers who provide a quality service has been nearly impossible. However, selecting EcoView for our windows and doors was the hands down the best decision we made during our home improvement project. After being scammed by two contractors for unrelated projects, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with not only an ethical company but one with 5-star customer service. EcoView provided multiple options for manufacturers, colors and designs to meet our vision to remodel our mid-century modern home. The windows add to the look of our home's exterior and the pricing fit right into our budget. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the installers and appreciated their cleanliness. Our house (despite being in complete remodel state) was left cleaner than before the installers arrived. This was not the typical experience like all our others in the remodel process, and we are so happy we chose EcoView for our home! Don't waste your time with other window/door companies, EcoView is the gold standard and the way to go.

After receiving multiple estimates from multiple window replacement companies, I decided to write a review for EcoView. The other companies were either high pressure sales or sleezy used car salesman approach. One company even refused to come out if my wife was not present and insisted that 2 hours would be needed. Most of the companies offered some gimmicky discount to be the "show house" on the street, and the price drops were insane making me question the true value. None of this happened with EcoView! The salesman felt more like a window consultant and his prices were very fair. He explained everything I would need and why, and the cost. He even recommended a new configuration of my windows to save me money. If you want an HONEST window company, then EcoView is the way to go.

I was replacing a 40-year-old large window in my home. I got competing bids, one was cheaper than EcoView, but I went with them because of the quality of windows (NT) and the professionalism of the salesman. I had some ideas about what I wanted without compromising the history or style of the house. The salesman gave me ideas, we chose color, style, and brand that was best for me (they offer multiple brands), and his expertise and recommendations were so valuable. No pressure, no hard sell. Awesome! The window looks great, it's crazy how much quieter it is and how much better the area heats and cools with a new quality window. It looks and feels like a whole new space. Well worth the investment, and probably paid for itself in better air/noise retention.

Salesman came out alright but never responded with the promised quote and recommendations from previous neighbors who have used their service. He didn't have a pen but I let him use mine as it was raining outside. It was a mistake as he didn't even return the pen to add insult to injury.

"The additional charge was for stucco flange trim for the exterior of his home around the new windows. He agreed to the accessory, but it was not necessary. Installation was completed in a timely manner and took two days due to the addition of the stucco trim. Minor drywall damage occurred on installation and we told him that we would repair it. He said he was going out of town and that he would call us when he returned to schedule the sheetrock repairs. After two weeks and no calls from him, we tried on several occasions to contact him, but he did not return our calls. Finally we reached out to him and he said that he had done the sheetrock repair himself. Please give me a call if there is anything else we can do."
