It took them forever to do the job. They kept saying that they were going to have things done; it just kept dragging out and they wouldn?t show up. When they did show up, they would do a little bit, and he would want some money. I guess I shouldn?t blame all this on him, because I?m probably just too easy or whatever. I?d give him a $1000 here and a $1000 there, and finally it ended up being finished. I?m pretty sure that he was taking my money to buy supplies for other jobs he was doing and to pay his crew. The work was not good, and that is not completely his fault, I think. He wanted to buy some used-fence that he had taken down at another place, and we agreed. He put that up. The paint job that he did on it wasn?t good. He said that he was going to come back - they supposedly come back every 6 months to check for any problems and replace anything that has gone bad - but at the end of the whole thing I told him that I was pretty sure he wouldn?t come back. I will never use him again.

Mr. Reyes was polite, friendly, provided a written estimate, and generally did a first class job. He doesn't always show up when he says he will and failed to appear on the agreed date. However, when contacted, he did appear the next day. In fairness, I had told him there was no urgency to the job and he could come when best suited to his schedule. Conscientious about his work and made a follow-up visit to check for any areas overlooked. I thought his estimate was reasonable for the work done.
