Waiting to install new gutters after the house is painted. We chose Christian Brothers after interviewing several roofers, all which would have been acceptable. The deciding factors were based on the roofing company being a platinum warranty authorized installer with Owens Corning. They scrutinize the quality of the installation as Owens requires specific standards to warrant the roofing we chose. We will never have to pay another deductible for a roof if we have to have it redone in the future. The qualifications of this company are excellent and the roof looks great.

Construction began in early November 2013.
The concrete sub-contractor, McClung Concrete, 214-762-1841, was beyond superior in every aspect. The lead carpenter, Hank Brooks, 469-222-6598, was equally outstanding.
Angie's List assisted in the finality of the project in October 2014. As of this writing, October 22, 2014, I have a beautiful roofed back patio. My experience with Christian Brothers Roofing, Donnie Bone (CBR's main contractor), Stuart Harstrom (CBR's rep.), and Blake Gillette (CBR's owner) have been nothing short of remarkable. This has been an absolutely EXHILARATING experience!

It went great. They arrived on time and completed the work successfully

Very responsive on the quote. Got it done in one day. The crew cleaned up well. Couldn't even tell they were there.

They actually did that for free. They were on time. He did some work for free for me. He seemed very professional. They seemed to do a good job.

• please note: We have used Christian Bros. to replace roofs on 2 different homes we have lived in previously.
• Their adjuster Larry McClure was easy to work with and their crew did a great job and cleanup on both occasions.

Went very well, showed up on time. Did an awesome job. They did a good job cleaning up. Stan our sales rep came by and inspected the roof and made sure we were satisfied, and answered any questions. They also replaced our roof 20 years ago.

I so enjoyed working with Christian Brothers Roofing and Blake Gillette. He was so professional and very attentive in getting our roof repaired the right way. There were many flaws and mistakes in our roof, and Blake made sure that everything was repaired correctly from the beginning. Our roof had been damaged from a tornado/hail storm and it needed quite a bit of repairs. Blake reviewed the roof personally himself, told us his recommendation, and was honest with us from the beginning. (I had already interviewed 3 other roofers and none of them were as truthful or professional as Christian Brothers were) He kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process. He made sure every detail was attended to, quickly and efficiently. I very much appreciate that I was talked to without a condescending tone. Blake explained everything to me in a manner that I would understand. I also asked him to look at a couple of other things and he was nice enough to explain how to handle them. The work was completed on time. Our roof looks absolutely superb and the cleanup was immaculate. This is a wonderful company and I highly recommend them.

I initially called three other companies before I contacted Christian Brothers. I was hoping to get several quotes for comparison. No such luck! Only one other company even bothered to come out and that was only after I called repeated, practically begging for them to show up. And this was such an urgent issue that I was going to allow them to do the work anyway despite their horrible customer service. But thank God for small favors because no one from that company ever followed up with me or returned my phone calls.
So I started over and I contacted Christian Brothers. I explained my urgent situation and informed them that I needed repairs ASAP in order to renew my insurance policy. They responded quickly, provided me an estimate the same day. The estimate was explained in detail; we approved, set a date and time and the job GOT DONE! No hassle, no mess, no BS, just old school customer service. When I called, I got a person. When they said they would follow up; guess what - THEY DID. And they price they quoted was the price I paid.
On the actual day of repair; the two workmen arrived on time, and were very professional. The two men introduced themselves, went straight to work and were finished in a couple hours. Honestly, I'm not sure if it was a couple of hours, b/c when went back to check on them, they were finished and gone. Everything was cleaned up it was as if they were never there at all.
When I looked at the roof; and yes, I climbed up to get a closer look; everything looked wonderful.
You can't beat a perfect performance so I would recommend Christian Brothers again and again.

We really enjoyed working with Christian Brothers Roofing and Blake Gillette. Blake came out the evening we called about making an appointment. He reviewed the roof and told us his recommendation. We discussed the pros and cons of replacing turbines or installing a ridge vent system. We felt that Blake told us facts about both methods of ventilation and did not pressure us into either method. While waiting for his proposal, I had enough information to investigate which roof style and ventilation systems we wanted to go with.
We elected for the Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles and VentSure Ridge Vent system. This combination got us the Platinum Warranty protection which was desirable for when we sell the house. Blake came back out to discuss some questions about the job and sign the paperwork.
The extra service and earned trust came in when we told Blake that we would be out of town when the roofing job was to be done. He assured us that he would personally stop by a couple of times to make sure things went well. Blake called to give us an update during the job. When we drove up the first time, we were pleasantly surprised with the roofing color and job. We were nervous about the color because the samples never look like the real deal. On our walk around, I did not find one piece of evidence that the roof had been replaced. The clean up was excellent. The roofing job was excellent. I got in the attic to check the ridge vent system and was impressed the the professional installation.
Now its been a few months since installation and we are still impressed with the job. The roof had to be replaced due to the and quot;HUGEand quot; hale storm in June 2012. We got to see a lot of new roofs by companies that did not reside in the DFW area. I can sure see the difference between those roofs and ours. Overall we are very happy with the roofing job and recommend Christian Brothers and the Owens Corning product.

They were recommended by an AC company who facilitated the initial meeting and recommendations. They were very thorough in their initial assessment. We good to be cost conscious for us and to give recommendations for different issues. They were prompt and very efficient with their time. A painless process and we are very happy with the results. Will use them again if needed.

They stood out to me because they were very attentive to me and did a wonderful job on the roof. The only problem was that communication with them was a little difficult at times, however I understood that some of it was out of their control. I would use them again in the future if I needed it.

Larry came out and gave us an estimate and he did not try to add additional charges or advise we needed a new roof. We are satisfied with the work that was completed.

I like everything about them. They are very personable. They are extremely dependable.

We called for an estimate on the roof. We thought it was damaged but wasn't. He gave us a thorough estimate and gave us time to decide if we wanted to hire him. We called him to go ahead and repair the roof. The repaired the leaky chimney and put two new fans in the roof. We were out of town when he repaired the roof. I am very pleased with their work and will hire them again.
