CARPET & TILE MASTER

This was by far the worst experience we have had with improvements to our home. We got an estimate to repair the so-called work that was done & it will cost us $5400. Just to take up all the time that does not include purchasing new tile and then paying someone to do the installation. This company did not do what they said they would do and then charged us the same amount of money. The subcontracted company didn't even have a wet saw to cut the tiles evenly, so they are many ragged edges. Everyday I called the salesperson (Mr. Abusaad) to ask inform him of what was going on. The grout was NOT even close to the color we ask for, in fact, it is several different colors! No clean up was done to the floor and grout was not sealed. The grout contains screws and nails embedded in it and is now cracking. The owner claims it is cracking because the floor is not level, however, we paid him to LEVEL the floor.
