About us
Caliber Communications, Inc. was established as a Texas Corporation whose mission it was to provide for the installation and technical support for our clients in the Cable TV Industry like Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Charter and Cox Cable. In addition Caliber has provided cabling solutions for video, voice and data to thousands of residents and businesses across Texas and Oklahoma. As of 2016 we have been in business for 12 years and completed over 500,000 jobs in all facets of service and installation. We presently have approximately 40 employees in three locations. Our owners Lance and Deanna Briley have over 27 years of experience in the industry.

So I found Caliber Communications and right on the phone they understood what I was wanting and quoted me the price right on the phone including a $30 trip charge and then additional $35 or so all parts/labor included for the actual work. They scheduled me per my next earliest convenience (next day after 2pm) and their tech arrived pretty much right on time with a phone contact ahead of arriving letting me know he is on the way.
Once here, he heard me out on what I was wanting in person, and quickly assessed what tools/parts he needed then went back to his van, came in and got it all done within 30 minutes with everything verified as working. He even put labels on the wall sockets so I will know which wires connected to wall socket on the source end go to which sockets in the two locations they went (bedroom and living room).
Should the need arise, I would definitely use Caliber Communications again.
My handyman who followed up with me to inquire if I was able to find someone to get the network part of job I wanted done and I shared my positive experience and ended up recommending my handyman to refer Caliber Communications to anybody else with similar need after their work to since they are not comfortable with this part themselves.
