Both of our stores Aspen St Computers and Palisade PC are owned by Western Slope Technology. Because of this tri-business set up we are able to offer a large varity of services to our customers. blamed the problem onevery thing but the kitchen sink.  Were slow in getting back to me even after I had told them that this was a time sensitive job. Diagnosis was way off base.  Seemed arrogant.  Tried to charge for time on the phone to further explain the problems.

My daughter has a disability and her computer has needed to be fixed many times.  They are so kind and understanding when working with her.  They are patient when communicating with her and truly have wonderful customer service.  They have great prices, too!  They've repaired my computer, too, and they are really good about answering my questions over the phone.
